3 eggs, slightly beaten

1 stick margerine, melted

3 T lemon juice or white vinegar

1 uncooked pie shell

Instructions |

|
|
With a wire whisk, mix sugar and eggs.
Add rest of ingredients in order given and mix well.
|

|
|
Pour mixture into a 9 inch pie shell.
|
|
|
|
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 mins or until pie is golden brown and a knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean.
