     Creamy Crock Pot Chicken

Ingredients
4-6 Boneless/skinless chicken breast
1 can cream chicken soup
1/4 c water
1 small can mushrooms
1 8oz. cream cheese-softened
1 envelope dry italian dressing
 
Instructions
Place chicken in crock pot Mix all ingediants together. Pour over chicken, cook on low for 6-8 hrs.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with noodles.
