1 small box Jello brand sugar-free white chocolate pudding mix
1 large tub fat-free Cool Whip
Instructions
Mix cake mix, pumpkin, and Diet Coke together on low for 1 minute or until moistened. Mix on medium for 2 minutes. Pour into 9 x 13 sprayed baking dish.
Bake 23-25 minutes on 350. Let cool completely.
Mix pudding with Cool Whip and spread over cake. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Suggestions
Cheesecake pudding mix can be substituted for white chocolate.
