To make the filling, mix together the butter, peanut butter and sugar. Mix filling until smooth. Roll into small marble size balls.

Cut chocolate into 1 inch squares. Put in a pyrex bowl and melt in the microwave. Check it after the fist 1 1/2 minutes and stir. Check and stir about every 30 seconds after that until chocolate is completely melted.

Heat a pan of water and sit the bowl in it so the chocolate stays melted while you fill the cups.

Put a layer of melted chocolate in cup cake lines using a teaspoon. Place filling (flatten ball a little first) in center. Cover with another layer of chocolate. Fill a few at a time with both layers instead of doing all the bottoms and then all the tops.
