1/2 cup plus 1 tbsp. frozen reduced-calorie whipped topping
Instructions
Combine first 5 ingredients, stirring well. Spoon batter into an 8in glass baking dish coated with cooking spray. Combine brown sugar and cocoa; sprinkle over batter. pour boiling water over batter (do not stir).
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes.
Spoon cake into individual serving bowls. Top each serving with 1 tbsp whipped topping.
