     Fresh mozzarella, basil, tomato and olive salad

Ingredients
Fresh mozzarella 1 lb
Spanish olives (but this can vary)
Fresh basil
Cherry tomatoes 1 lb
4 garlic cloves (depends on how much you love garlic)
Olive oil 2 tsp
Salt and pepper for taste
 

Instructions
Cut the fresh mozzarella, cherry tomatoes and olives in half. Place them in a bowl.
Mince the garlic as small as possible. Sprinkle it over the food. Drizzle the olive oil over all the food.
Sprinkle the salt and pepper over the food. Try to not put too much of this.
Mix the salad, make sure the garlic and olive oil goes over the food. Enjoy! Any left-over food may last up to 3 days in the refrigerator, covered.
Serving Suggestions
Depends if it's a side dish or an appetizer.
