Knead all ingredients together for 5 minutes. Don't use metal bowl. Cover and place in refrigerator and repeat kneading on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th days. After kneading on the 4th day, roll into 1 lb logs, place on broiler pan, cook in oven for 4 hours at 175 degrees. Meat will appear red when finished, refrigerate, freeze or eat after cooling.
