     Ginger peanut coconut sauce

Ingredients
knob of sliced ginger
garlic
˝ cup of peanut butter
veggie oil
lime
spoon of chili paste
˝ a cup of coconut milk
 

Instructions
In some veggie oil, sauté a knob of sliced ginger. Add garlic if you are that type.
In a food processor, whirl the ginger (and garlic), a ˝ cup of peanut butter, and ˝ a cup of coconut milk.
A squeeze of lime or a spoon of chili paste can be welcome additions. You can always add a little bit of hot water to thin if necessary.
