     Chicken Tetrazzini

Ingredients
1 lb. Spaghetti, cook al dente
2-1/2 cup Onions, diced
1/3 cup Butter
2 cups Green Pepper, diced
8 Chicken Breasts, cooked and sliced
2 lbs Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
4 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup (44-1/8 oz)
1-1/4 qts Milk
Salt and Pepper, to taste
 

Instructions
Break spaghetti in half, and cook as directed untl al dente; drain. Saute onions in butter. Thoroughly mix onions and remaining ingredients with spaghetti in a large bowl. Put spaghetti mixture in two freezer bags and freeze.
To prepare for serving, thaw tetrazzini and put in a baking dish. Bake uncovered in a preheated 350 oven until bubbly, about 30-40 minutes.
