Slice top off bread, save for lid. Hollow out loaf, saving pieces for
dipping. Mix cheese, mayo, onions and garlic and place mixture
into loaf. Place lid on top and wrap in foil. Place on baking sheet
and bake 3 hours at 300 degrees. Serve with crackers, hollowed out
bread pieces or garlic bread rounds.
