Butter 9x13 baking dish. Pull bread into 1 inch pieces, place in
pan. Brown sausage, drain. Place cheese over torn bread, followed
by sausage. Beat eggs with 2-1/2 cups milk and dry mustard. Pour
over sausage layer. Refrigerate overnight.
Mix soup with 1/2 cup milk and pour over casserole. Top with
sliced mushrooms. Bake at 300 degrees for 1-1/2 hours.
