     Egg Bake

Ingredients
8 slices thin White Bread
2 cups shredded Sharp Cheddar
1-1/2 lbs Sausage
4 Eggs
2-1/2 cups Milk
3/4 tsp dry Mustard
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup Milk
1 container sliced fresh Mushrooms
 

Instructions
Butter 9x13 baking dish. Pull bread into 1 inch pieces, place in pan. Brown sausage, drain. Place cheese over torn bread, followed by sausage. Beat eggs with 2-1/2 cups milk and dry mustard. Pour over sausage layer. Refrigerate overnight.
Mix soup with 1/2 cup milk and pour over casserole. Top with sliced mushrooms. Bake at 300 degrees for 1-1/2 hours.
