Using a small, sharp knife, skin the mango, then
slice the flesh off the stone (pit). Peel the
banana and break it into short lengths, then place
it in the blender or food processor with the mango.
Squeeze the juice from the orange and add to the
blender or food processor along with the bran,
sesame seeds and honey. Whizz until the mixture is
smooth and creamy, then pour into glasses.

Suggestions
Mango Juice is naturally very sweet so you may wish to add less honey or leave it out altogether. Taste the drink to decide how much you need.
