Brown ground beef and onion in medium saucepan. Drain excess grease. Add beans, tomato and spices. Simmer 5 minutes or longer.
This is a meal that can be divided and frozen to eat later.
Diced tomatoes or tomato soup can be substituted for tomato sauce. The tomato soup will make it thicker so you may want to add a little water.
Can be doubled.
