Ingredients
arugala
garlic 4 cloves
2 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 lb red potatoes cut in wedges
1 1/2 lb london broil
salt and pepper
 
Instructions
heat oven to 425. on a rimmed baking sheet toss with olive oil garlic 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper. roast 35 - 40 min
15 min before potatoes are done heat oven proof skillte over med. high. season steak with salt and pepper. brown 3 min each side
transfer skillet to oven ( on the rack above potatoes) cook 6 - 8 minutes. let rest for 5 min
