     German Potato Salad

Ingredients
9 cooked and peeled diced potatoes
9 slices bacon, fried crisp
4 hard boiled eggs
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp flour
3/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup water
1 small chopped onion
oil to add to bacon grease to measure 1 cup
 

Instructions
Add bacon to diced potatoes, onions, and eggs. Measure bacon drippings and add oil to measure 1 cup. Put back in skillet, add flour and mix until pasty. Then add vinegar, sugar and water. Cook until well blended. Pour over other ingredients. Make one day ahead of time.
