     Winter Fruit Muesli

Ingredients
1/4 c dried apples (or fruit of your choice)
3 dates (chopped)
3/4 c oat flakes
1/4 c dried raisins
1/4 c sunflower seeds
1/4 c walnuts (roughly chopped)
dash of cinnamon
pinch of sea salt
bananda slices (optional)
 
serve with milk or almond milk over muesli

Instructions
Toss ingredients to blend.
Store the muesli in a tightly sealed container or ziplock freezer bag in the refrigerator for up to 6 months.
Serving Suggestions
Alternately, let the muesli soak overnight in milk for a different texture.
