     Texas Tango Salsa

Ingredients
2 c roughly chopped tomatoes
1/2 c diced red onion
1 yellow peper
1 med. jalapeno minced
1 garlic clove crushed
1/4 c cilantro leaves
1/2 c fresh or frozen corn
1 TBL fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp ground cumin
 
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions
Blend ingredients well with a large spoon.
Store in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Serving Suggestions
Dip, quick salad, or vegan burrito.
