     Castle Burgers

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds hamburger
1 onion, finely chopped
1 package Lipton onion soup mix
1 Table Spoon peanut butter
1/2 cup milk
Sara Lee classic dinner rolls
Velveeta cheese slices
 

Instructions
Pre heat oven 350 degrees, In lg. bowl mix the hamburger, lipton onion soup mix, peanut butter and milk. Spread mixture on a cookie sheet with a lip. Use a cup or rolling pen to roll over the meat to smooth it out. Put in 350 degree oven for about 10 minutes, the meat will shrink. Take out the oven and put the diced onion along the edge to flavor the meat, place back in oven for an additional 15 minutes. Take out of oven, spoon onion on to the rest of the meat from the edges. Add your cheese slices, and put back in the oven for 7-10 minutes or until cheese is melted. After the meat has been taken out of the oven add the tops of your buns right away place back in the oven for about 5 more minutes. After taken out of oven slice with pizza cutter and pick up with a spatula and set on the bottom bun.
If you would like too add Ketchup or Mustard to the bottom bun so when the meat is finished you can just place it on the fixed but or you can have a dipping bowl with ketchup and mustard mixed and just dip your burger -) ENJOY!!!!
