Wash ripe strawberries, remove stems and crush. Add sugar, lemon
juice and stir well.
Place in kettle on high heat. Bring quickly to a boil with bubbles
over entire surface. Boil hard for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and stir n pectin. skim off foam with metal
spoon. Fill jars and seal.
