     Coconut Macaroons

Ingredients
3/4 cup sugar
2 1/2 cups unsweetened shredding coconut
2 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla extract
a pinch of salt
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
In a bowl, combine sugar, coconut, egg whites, vanilla extract, and salt using your hands.
Roll into rounds and bake 16-17 minutes.
Let cool and if wanted drizzle with chocolate and/or top with an almond.
