1 package chicken thighs
|
|
1 stick butter
|
|
3 Tablespoons soy sauce
|
|
1/4 cup Marsala or white wine
|
|
1/4 cup brown sugar
|
|
3 cloves garlic
|
|
5 green onions, sliced
|
|
1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
|
|
1/2 teaspoon ginger
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Wash and pat chicken pieces dry. Flour the chicken pieces.
|
|
|
Melt the butter in pan and brown chicken. Add garlic and soy sauce.
|
|
|
Cover and cook 1/2 hour, turning a few times. Add the sugar and wine, stir. Add mushrooms.
|
|
|
Simmer until the chicken is done, and the sauce is the consistency you want it.
Add green onions and serve.
