Butter 4 (6 oz) custard cups or soufle dishes. can
be any size really as long as you adjust the baking
time accordingly and it is oven-safe. Place of
baking sheet.

Microwave chocolate and butter in large
microwavable bowl on high for 1 minute or until
butter is melted. Whisk until chocolate in
completely melted. Stir in vanilla and sugar
until blended. Whisk in eggs and yolk. Stir in
remaining ingredients. Spoon evenly into prepared
dishes.

Bake in preheated 425F oven for 15 minutes or until
sides are firm but center is soft. Let stand for 1
minute. Loosen edges with knife. Invert onto
serving plate or just eat out of the custard cup.
Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar, if desired.
