1 pkg (12 oz.) fresh or frozen cranberries, thawed
3/4 c. cherry-flavored dried cranberries
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. cranberry-raspberry juice
2 T. orange marmalade
1/2 t. Chinese five-spice powder
1 pkg. (12 oz.) frozen unsweetened raspberries, thawed and drained
Instructions
In a large saucepan, combine the first six ingredients. Cook, uncovered, over medium heat until the berries pop, about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Romove from the heat; gently stir in raspberries. Transfer to a small bowl; cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
