     Four Bean Salad

Ingredients
1 can (14 oz) cut Green Beans
1 can (14 oz) cut Yellow Beans
1 can (14 oz) red Kidney Beans
1 can (14 oz) Lima Beans
1/2 cup Green Pepper, cut thin
3/4 cup Onion, sliced thin
3/4 cup chopped celery
3/4 cup White Sugar
1/2 cup White Vinegar
 
1/2 cup Cooking Oil
1 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Celery Seed
Celery Salt to Taste

Instructions
Heat oil and vinegar. Add sugar until dissolved. Add remaining ingredients except the beans. Drain the beans thoroughly and pour hot mixture over beans and store in a tight -fitting container.
Let stand overnight in refriderator. Turn upside down occasionally to make sure bean mixture is well marinated. To serve, drain sauce from beans but keep this sauce. Any beans left over may be returned to sauce and kept for days in fridge.
