1/3 cp butter
2 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp chopped garlic
1tsp chopped fresh parsley
1 oz medium raw shrimp
 
Instructions
preheat oven to 450
in small saucepan over medium heat, combine butter, mustard,lemon juice,garlic, and parsley. when butter mels completey then take off heat
arrange shrimp in shallow baking dish. pour butter over the shrimp
bake in oven 12-15 minutes
