     Easy Pecan Pie

Ingredients
3 eggs - slightly beaten
1c light or dark corn syrup
1c sugar
3T margerine - melted
1t vanilla
1 1/2c pecan halves
1 9 inch unbaked pie shell
 
Instructions
In large bowl, stir first 5 ingredients until well blended. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie shell
Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean
Chocolate pecan pie - melt 4 squares semi-sweet chocolate with margarine
