Beat egg, milk and add bread, torn into pieces; mix well.
Add salt and parsley to ground beef. Add egg,milk, bread mixture to meat mixture. Mix together well - your hands work best. Mix in onion, oatmeal and 1/4 c. tomato sauce.
Spray 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray. Put meat loaf mix into baking dish and shape into loaf. Top with remaining tomato sauce. I sometime add barbeque sauce to remaining tomato sauce before placing sauce on top of meat loaf for added flavor.
