Preheat oven to 450°F. Arrange fillets in a shallow baking dish. Brush dressing over fillets. Sprinkle with paprika. Arrange tomato slices over fillets. Sprinkle with chives. Bake uncovered 10 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake another 2-3 minutes or until fillets flake with a fork.
