Combine coconut, 1 cup flour, 2 Tbsp granulated sugar, and salt. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Gather particles with lightly floured fingers and press evenly and firmly over bottom and 3/4 inch up side of 9x9x2 inch pan. Bake in 350 oven until golden, about 20 minutes.
Meanwhile in small bowl, beat together the eggs, 3/4 cup granulated sugar, 2 Tbsp flour, and lemon juice. Pour over crust and continue to bake until set, about 20 minutes.
Cool in pan on rack. Cut into 16 squares and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
