     Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients
1 head cauliflower (cut into very small pieces)
1/2 onion - chopped fine
1 c. sunflower seeds
8 slices bacon (crisp) and crumbled
Grated cheddar cheese
1 c. Hellman's mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
2 T. vinegar
 
Instructions
Mix mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar together and pour over cauliflower mixture and chill.
