Ingredients
1 lb. pkg. small colored marshmallows
1 large can pineapple tidbits
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
1/2 c. water
2 T. cornstarch
1 egg-beaten
 
Instructions
Drain juice from pineapple; add water, cornstarch and beaten egg. Cook until clear and thickened. Cool and pour over pineapple/marshmallow mixture.
Serving Suggestions
Keeps well
