Sprinkle pieces of chicken with salt and pepper. Heat oil and add garlic. Then add turmeric and the chicken. Brown. Sprinkle with parsley and add chicken stock. Cover, simmer 1 hour. Add stock ass needed.
(Caution while cooking- turmeric is very messy and will stain clothing)
