Fry meat and cook until tender. Add 1 tsp soy sauce and a little bit of water. Then add 3 cups celery, 2 cups onion, 6 beef bouillion cubes. Saute' 10 min. Add bean sprouts, drained; cook 5 min. Add gravy, using 1 tsp molasses, tsp soy, 3 tsp cornstarch, 2/3 cup water; serve to taste.
