1 1/2 lbs bnls, sknls, chicken breasts, cut in strips
1 med green pepper , cut in strips
1 med onion , cut in strips
8 flour tortillas (8 in size)
Instructions
Mix all of the juices, salt, spices and oil in small bowl. Reserve 1/4 cup. Place chicken in large resealable bag or glass dish. add remaining marinade, turn to coat well. Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor.
Cook and stir chicken on medium-high heat 3 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from skillet and set aside. Add bell pepper and onion and reserved marinade. Cook and stir for 5 minutes or until tender. Return chicken to skillet, cook 2-3 minutes or until heated through.
Spoon mixture into warmed tortillas.
This was from the little spice packets from McCormick. It was really good.
