     CRISP ONION RINGS

Ingredients
1 large onion, thickly sliced
2/3 cup milk
Flour, seasoned with salt and pepper
Oil or fat for deep-frying
 

Instructions
Separate the onion slices into rings. Dip them first in milk, then in seasoned flour. Heat the oil to 375 degrees farenheit and deep-fry the onions for about 3 minutes. Drain on paper towels and serve the onions with broiled or fried chops or steaks or burgers.
