     Mixed Salad with Balsamic Herbed Grilled Chicken

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
2 tsps herbes de provence
2 tsps Dijon mustard
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
 
4 tbsps goat cheese
8 strawberries
nuts of choice
mixed salad

Instructions
Place chicken breasts into a sealable plastic bag. In a small bowl, combine herbes de provence, dijon, onion powder, garlic powder, oil and balsamic. Mix to combine evenly. Pour marinade over chicken in a sealable plastic bag and marinade for 20 minutes.
Grill chicken over medium heat. Remove from grill and let stand. Slice into lengthwise pieces.
Construct salad using greens of choice. Add strawberries, nuts and chicken. Drop spoonfulls of goat cheese on top and top with dressing of choice.
