Cheat Potato Soup

Category   Salads - Soups - Sidedishes
Sub Category   None

Ingredients
1 can Campbell's Cream of Potato Soup
2 cups milk
1 T chicken instant bullion
3/4 cup leftover mashed potatoes
1/2 cup leftover shredded baled potato
1/4 cup or so leftover corn (optional)
5 or 6 oz leftover cut up bite size Turkey
1 T fresh chives (optional)
1 T parsley fresh or dried (optional)

Instructions
Place milk and bullion in 4qt pot. Allow to get hot and slow simmer for a few minutes but don't boil.
Put mashed potatoes, shredded potatoes, Turkey and corn in milk and bullion mixture. Let it melt together. If frozen just put the frozen in the hot milk a thaw in the hot milk. Wisk in Cream of Potato Soup... Allow to cook for a few minutes - does not need to fast boil... just a low simmer. Add parsley. Turn off pot and just let it sit awhile...If soup is to thick for you just add more milk... may need salt but don't salt until your soup is done as all ingredients are leftover and already salted and you don't want to over salt. Garnish with chives...
Great fast easy rainy day soup for after Thanksgiving or Chirstmas... You can also freeze Turkey, potatoes and corn in the same ziploc after holiday meal for a fast winter soup.
