     Cinnamon Pecans

Ingredients
1 teaspoon cold water
1 lb pecans
2 egg whites
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 250F. Beat egg and water until frothy, but not stiff.
Add nuts and stir until well coated.
Mix sugar, salt, and cinnamon together in a bowl. Sprinkle mixture over pecans.
Spread pecans evenly on a baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour at 250F, stirring occasionally until pecans are golden.
