Ingredients
1/4 C. Shortening
1/2 C. Sugar
1 egg
1/2 t salt
1 1/2 t pkg pwd
1 1/2 C. oatmeal
1/2 C milk
 
Instructions
Cream wet ingredients then add dry.
Grease 8by8 pan and bake 20 min at 350
Sprinkle with cinn. and sugar and serve with cream
