Instructions |

Cube pork, cut onion and potatoes. Season pork with garlic and cavenders.

Cook pork with onion until brown. Add green chiles, one can of water, and potatoes. Simmer.

Add another can of green chiles or tomatillo sauce if desired. Add julios to taste.
