2 cups elbow macaroni
|

2 eggs, beaten
|
|
2 cups evaporated milk
|
|
1/2 cup butter, melted
|

2-1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
|

1 cup bread crumbs
|
|
1 tsp. paprika
|
|
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
|

Instructions |
|
|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook pasta, drain and rinse.

In a bowl beat eggs with milk, 1/4 cup melted butter, and 1 tsp salt.
|

|
Put one half pasta in buttered 13 x 9 baking dish. Top with 1/2 cheddar cheese. Repeat. Pour milk mixture over top of pasta and cheese.

|
Mix bread crumbs, paprika, 1/4 cup melted butter and parmesan cheese. Sprinkle over macaroni. Bake 40 to 45 minutes.
