Pour sesame seeds on plate and coat tuna with seeds on all sides, pressing them to adhere.
Set medium satue pan over medium-high heat and add oil. When oil is hot, lay fish in the pan. Cook for 30 secs without moving and then turn and cook additional 30 secs on other side. Remove from pan and slice tuna in 1/4-inch thick slides diagonally. Tuna will be raw and barely warm in middle. Serve along with white sticky rice.
