3 bnls, sknls, chicken breasts, cut in 1/2 in strips

2/3 c Bisquick baking mix
|
| |
1/2 c grated parmesan cheese
|
| |
1/2 t garlic salt
|
| |
1/2 t paprika
|
| |
1 egg, slightly beaten
|
| |
3 T butter or margerine, melted
|

Instructions |

|
Heat oven to 450. Line a cookie sheet with foil, spray with non-stick spray. In a plastic resealable bag mix-Bisquick, cheese and spices.

Dip half the chicken in egg, then place in Bisquick mixture, Seal bag, shake to coat. Place on cookie sheet. Repeat with remaining chicken pieces.

|
|
Drizzle butter over chicken. Bake for 12-14 minutes, turning halfway through bake time.
