8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1 T pimento, chopped

1 t lemon juice

dash each of salt & cayenne

3/4 c pecans, finely chopped

Instructions |

|
|
Combine cheeses, mix until well blended. Add veggies and seasonings. Mix well and chill. Roll into a ball and roll in the pecans.
