     Mexican Cornbread slop

Ingredients
1 lb. burger meat
1/2 onion
peppers/jalapenos
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can rotel
2 in. slice Velveeta
1 can Ranch Style Beans (W/japs)
1 sm can cream style corn
 
1 pkg cornbread mix (milk and egg for recipe)
shredded cheese
garlic salt
chili powder
salt / pepper

Instructions
cook burger meat (with salt and pepper) and strain
Add other ingredients down to the beans.
Make cornbread. Use 'for Mexican style cornbread' recipe on back. Stir cornbread into mix.
Spread mix into oven-safe pan. Bake at 350 for 30 mins or until almost cornbread texture. When almost done, top with grated cheese and melt.
