1 cup Pecans, stir to coat. Cool on foil and break apart. Set aside.
Dressing-
1/4 cup Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Dry Mustard
1/3 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Scallions, sliced thinly
1 cup Vegetable Oil
1-1/2 T Poppy Seeds
Instructions
Dressing- Mix sugar, salt and dry mustard. In blender mix dry
ingredients with vinegar and scallions completely. Add oil in small
amounts while blending. Spoon in poppyseeds to dressings.
Combine.
Combine spinach, feta, strawberries, celery and pecans. Toss lightly
in dressing. Serve immediately.
