     MAPEL PECAN CRESCENT TWISTS

Ingredients
TWISTS
1/2 C finely chopped pecans
3 TBL sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
2 Cans crescent rolls
2 TBL butter melted
 
GLAZE
1/2 C powdered sugar
1/4 tsp maple extract
2-3 tsp milk

Instructions
Heat oven to 375 spray 1 large cookie sheet with PAM In small bowl combine pecans, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg mix well Unroll both cans of dough separate into 8 rectangles. press the perforations to seal Brush with butter sprinkle 1 TBS pecan mix evenly over each rectangle, press lightly into dough Start at longer side roll up each rectangle pinch to seal. Cut rolls in half lengthwise. with cut side up carejully overlap strips 2 times to form twist press ends together place on cookie sheet. sprinkle with sugar mixture Bake 10-15 min blend glaze ing. add milk to desired consistancy Drizzle over rolls Serve Warm
