A couple of things- These were supposed to be pinwheel appetizers, I fixed them as wraps for lunch. Could just as easily be cut into thirds or fourths and secured with toothpicks. The recipe calls for each to be cut into 8 slices.
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and cream cheese until smooth. Stir in cilantro, peppers and bacon. Warm the tortillas. Divide the mixture between the 6 tortillas, about 2 T each. Top with tomato, turkey and lettuce leaf. Roll up tightly and cut as desired and serve. (I cut them in half)
Serve immediately or cover tightly and refrigerate.
