3 lb. pork tenderloin
|

2 C. vegetable oil
|
|
1/3 C. soy sauce
|
|
1/4 C. honey
|
|
1 tsp. lemon powder
|
|
1 tsp. garlic powder
|

salt and pepper to taste

Instructions |

|
Mix vegetable oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic and onion powder for marinating sauce.
|

Sprinkle whole tenderloin with pepper and salt. Marinate tenderloin in shallow pan, covered, in refrigerator for 24 hours, turning occasionally.

|
Heat outdoor gas or charcoal grill to hot. Place whole tenderloin on grill, brown each side, about 2 minutes each.
|
|
|
Remove and cool. Slice tenderloin into 3/4 inch slices. Turn grill down to medium heat. Grill the slices until done, turning as necessary.
