Prepare salad dressing. Combine lime juice and whisk in olive oil; add rest; cover and chill.
Combine tomatoes, beans, green onions, red onion and cilantro. Cover and chill.
Brush corn with dressing; grill until brown. Cut corn off cob and add to tomato mixture.
Brush shrimp with salad dressing. Grill until opaque. Cool.
Add lettuce to salad. Toss well. Add remaining salad dressing and toss well. Top with
prawns. Serve with tortillas or bread.
